Get wallet by coin and ID

GET 
/api/v2/:coin/wallet/:walletId

Returns wallet and balance details for a wallet. Wallets can be standalone or linked to an end user by storing the walletId on your user record. Recommended: link wallets for per-user balances and withdrawals.
